Starting on Wednesday 2nd October, and running for 8 consecutive weeks until 20th November, this informative & inspirational series of sessions will reveal how to use "the science of happiness" to flourish & thrive running up to, and throughout your retirement years so you can Live Well for Life.
Each of the 2 hour sessions - running at 1pm or 6pm UK time - will consist of education and information about ageing well, with foundations in positive psychology, philosophy, and the social sciences.
You will have opportunity for guided reflective practice, development of tools & techniques, exercises to try out, interventions to explore, and action plans to create. There will also be optional quizzes to check back on your learning.
